Well normally you login to the Allstar site, create an account, then you 
need to change your user account to administrator.
then create a "server". fill out all the info for the server. Info like 
location, callsign freq, tones etc. then request a node number for that 
server.

They used email you the assigned node # and pin number. But recently 
that doesnt seem ot happen. So I  suggest you check back on your server 
info on the website to see if a node number and pin code has been 
assigned to it.
