[App_rpt-users] DIAL and radio-tune-menu

You need to be under the Asterisk CLI to do a radio tune.

 From the asterisk directory, type    asterisk -vvvr    (press enter)

You will then see the prompt be something like repeater*CLI>

Then do your radio tune commands.
