[App_rpt-users] Micro-Node RTCM

Thanks, Fredric.

I had assumed it was running app_voter but I see now its just running its
own private codebase.  If you have a separate repeater controller like an
Arcom 210, there is no need for any Linux unless you are planning to run
Allstar, Echolink or IRLP.  Have I interpreted this correctly?
