[App_rpt-users] RAT_rc1 on Pi3 a no joy

Bob here, not out of the woods quite yet.
I'm replacing a private node computer with a RPi3. I've started with copying
over the /etc/asterisk/*.conf files. Asterisk is crashing on me at regular
intervals. Here are the errors I'm receiving. Each time the message
"--Re-loadign config for repeater..." occurs seems to correspond with the
green light going solid instead of pulsing.
Any ideas are appreciated.
Thanks,
Bob

Oh what a surprise, a PS issue with a Pi. ;)
do the following as root:
touch /etc/asterisk/firsttime
firsttime
Or, if all you want to do is set the TZ.
dpkg-reconfigure tzdata
