[App_rpt-users] Did i read that we have an apt-get install allstarlink?

Yes, it exists. You have to add the repository to your 
pt/sources.list.d/ You also have to add the key.
Easiest way is:
cd /tmp
wget 
https://github.com/AllStarLink/DIAL/raw/master/repository/install-repository
chmod +x /install-repository
.//install-repository

then ap-get install allstarlink -y
