[App_rpt-users] Autodial When Autopatch Enabled

I have an application where I need to have a specific phone number dialed
automatically when the autopatch is activated.  I've Googled this but can't
seem to find a working function/script/macro to do this.  Or, I've
completely overlooked it.

Any ideas on this?
