That is unfortunate.
According to the FCC rules, I can define what is acceptable and what is
not. And kick off anyone who does not follow my rules.
I fail to see how that can apply to a computer network where the traffic is
carried via many routes.
Easier to just avoid it all together.
(I used the term "Mr." Loosely)
