[App_rpt-users] uridiag fixed for DIAL

My feeling too Buddy,

The common use of all the abbreviations and different acronyms really 
make it difficult to follow questions or comments on all the different 
lists.
Not just on this list but others as well. If everyone was into all the 
same things and at the same jargon level it might be different.
