Not a problem but I'll give credit where credit is due.  Chuck WB9UUS and
Jim Dixon shared a lot of insight with me regarding my issue.  Running
RTCM's over the public internet can be a challenge (depending on the ISP
and if latency remains consistent or not).  Is your  Transmitter and Master
timing source physically at the same location as the DIAL server?
