[App_rpt-users] Whatś this?

I am trying to connect my repeater to one of my other nodes. There is
no problem connecting to other nodes. They are on two different
computers, servers and connections. Iḿ running DIAL on the repeater
and get this when I try to connect. Does anyone know what this is
telling me?
