David, nice to hear from you! Since you haven't responded to me since
the quoted email, I thought maybe you were offline for the rest of the
weekend. I'm still interested in a copy of the source code so I can
port over my changes to chan_voter.c.

Dear Tom.

I am discouraged that you are trying to sour the HamVoIP project using a
stupid GPL argument which we both know will hold no water.  *I* am the
software developer, so *I* will choose to release the source code when *I*
am ready to do so. So lets don't argue subtleties of the GPL 2.

If you want to fight a GPL battle, I suggest you go after any one of the
dozens of for-profit corporations who shamelessly embed Linux in their
products and REFUSE to release any code whatsoever. And, then if they do
EVER release any code, it's hacked up garbage that is useless.

If you want to download, use and further develop our software release,
I'll be happy to cooperate.  But, if you're just trying to be a wanna-be
GPL cop, I've got no time in the day to waste on further discussion.
