Under the GPLv2 if you release/distribute code in binary you need to release
the source code to build that binary.

So code in question would be what ever it takes to build that binary.  Now
there are end cases and nuance here, but generally (and for
app_rpt.c/asterisk/all-star) you need to release the source.
