[App_rpt-users] DIAL Download site

The AllStarLink image file links have been updated to point to 
<http://3102.repeater.net/AllStarLink/> thanks to Corey N3FE. Thanks to 
Mike KB8ZGL at Virtual Systems, I have moved dvswitch.org to a new state 
of the art data center. The new IP address is  for dvswitch.org is 
44.103.32.18 I have  moved the DNS entries and replaced the mirror of 
some of the image files. This is still a work in progress. We will 
update the links to reflect both locations so this type of outage should 
not happen again.
