[App_rpt-users] Nodes unregistered

after a power failure my nodes are stuck in an unregistered state:

I checked the password and they seem to be ok.

netstat does not show any connections to the register server.

any ideas what is happening. how to fix it and how to keep this from happening again.
we had the same issue on this node and on another node previously.

it is an ACID install.
