The RX audio being fed into your allstarlink node URI is too loud.
The target for RX noise is 27000, whereas your levels were a continuous
32767..... which is rather odd as each measurement is exactly the same.
Curious, why are you using DSP for valid RX signal detection? The
BridgeCom repeater has a COR/COS/CAS/whatever output for when a valid RX
signal is present.
