[App_rpt-users] tone sent in usbradio setting

That's and excellent idea. I have used this method before to set deviation
before. One way you could do this easily without modifying the code of the
app_rpt module would simply be to create an audio with this constant tone
frequency and call it up with a macro command using the localplay function.
