[App_rpt-users] Can't recieve connections from other nodes.

Hello Erich, You just need to forward the port 4569 UDP (like you stated)
to your RasPi.  Maybe this link might help.

To answer your question.

[root at 2063 ~]# cat /var/lib/asterisk/rpt_extnodes |grep 43966
43966=radio at 74.192.142.22:4569/43966,74.192.142.22

Yes your node is registered.
