[App_rpt-users] Acid to Dial on Pi

The new conf files in DIAL are nicely commented and there some settings in
those you should have on a new node in addition to DAHDI. At the very least
you should rename the existing /etc/asterisk directory for reference, then
make a new one for your old confs.
