[App_rpt-users] Temporary stop, then restart asterisk

OK,
/etc/init.d/asterisk stop <--- Stop asterisk
killall -9 asterisk <---------------- Make sure it's dead
ps ax | grep asterisk <--- Check to see if it's really dead

/etc/init.d/asterisk start <--- start asterisk
ps ax | grep asterisk <--- Check to see if it's really started

The newer release candidate fixes this.
