[App_rpt-users] Mixed technology RTCM voting

That could work. The issue is going to be the delay the RTCMs introduce
into the system. I think the RVS-8 voter output would have to look like
discriminator audio and feed the RTCM RX. The transmitter (assuming only
one) would have to move from the voter output to the RTCM TX.

Kevin knows this stuff, I'm sure he can help. I'm here too if needed.
