[App_rpt-users] EchoLink Server Stuck On

Figured it out... slow kid here. I was working on a replacement RPi, and it was running from my location, sending updates to EchoLink. (Sigh!)

Sorry for the confusion. Your CLI> instructions plus the EchoLink IP address info helped me converge on the problem... it was me all along.(grrr)
