Yea, all dnsmgr does is refresh the dns lookups with out needing to restart
asterisk or your server.

If you enable this in modules.conf, it will refresh dns ever 5 min.  This is
why many of the older servers are still trying to register to the server in
LA, and why we suggested they be restarted.

If you have any specific node issues, let us know, but right now you're
registered and online.
