[App_rpt-users] no longer in the database, Can not find info

I'm showing up in both lists, but used to show green on 
https://allstarlink.org/nodelist.php, but I don't now.  Then again, I'm 
not really sure what makes it show up green; seems like the majority of 
the nodes listed do not.
