What time zone is that, I'd like to correlate it with our logs in UTC.

We see some logs here:

You're registered currently, and so long as you register once every 5 min,
you're node is in the list.

Can you send a message to helpdesk at allstarlink.org with this?  I'd like to
have the dev team look at it.
