[App_rpt-users] Reminder to Visit the New allstarlink.org Website

New site looks good!

One thing that would be nice to have is a way to contact a node owner
(either an email, or a contact form)   On some of the large hubs it's
sometimes nice to contact the owner of a node when it is causing problems
and there is often no easy way to do so.
