[App_rpt-users] allmon2 question

I have allmon deployed on an internal server here. It works fine. I have 
a remote server I installed allmon on, modified allmon.ini.php, pointed 
the address for the allstar boxes here, opened ports to allow access, 
etc. But when looking at the allmon page on web browser all I get is the 
text inside index.php

All files are identical between the two servers. Except for the changes 
in IP address for the allstar boxes.

What am I doing incorrectly?
