I have not used Limey but,

taking a guess, if it uses selinux enabled,

you might want to turn it off while you make your changes, then turn it 
back on.

There are command methods to push it through when on but you will have 
to search the web for it.

Again, just a guess. Perhaps someone has a better answer.
