[App_rpt-users] Echolink...got it working...

Loaded new style modules.conf (still didn't work) then went back to my 
original modules file with a load statement for echolink and it worked. 
Then again at the same time I changed the email address in the 
echolink.conf file...,aybe that was it

Thanks anyhow. Now to figure why Allmon stopped on the same node.
