[App_rpt-users] K2ETS Audio Clicks

With your switch to simpleusb solving it, this may be a portion of the
"poor audio" issue the developers of the other distribution have touted as
identifying and fixing within usbradio. The reports I have seen from others
using that distribution seem to confirm a fix has been made. However, that
fix has not been shared back to the greater asterisk/app_rpt community as
was promised when that community first branched off.
