[App_rpt-users] Total list of all Allstar commands

Thanks everyone for the feedback.
I didn't realize the WIKI was already up and running with so much
updated info. All my searches including the old Drupal Site returned
lists that were missing portions.
Well done Steve and to ALL that have contributed to the WIKI.
