[App_rpt-users] URI-X Issues With New Raspbian build

It’s worth looking into, honestly I think it’s a missing shared object snd_something_oss.so that’s not creating the /dev/dsp path, once I’m done driving home today I’ll be checking into it and letting everyone know.  I think that when I did the minimal raspbian install some things were not built by default etc....
