[App_rpt-users] URI-X Issues With New Raspbian build

This is the same issue I have. " dahdi is failing to load"

I seems like it did not compile correctly.

Have not had time to investigate outside of the notice of undervoltage.

So, till I fix that, I should not make assumptions.
