[App_rpt-users] - Pi-GPIO pins COR/PTT

ALSARadio and RPiRadio could be built and added (as a test) SimpleUSB 
and USBRadio could be built and replace the existing channel drivers. 
That was going to be my next step. I don't know what the dev team is 
planning.
