[App_rpt-users] DSPIC33FJ128GP802 programing

I am building myself a few voter board and I have no clue how to program
the pic in it.

Anyone have done it and could point me in the right direction?

I have some arduino uno here and some nano's

RPI as well, so if they can be used to program the chip I should be ok to
do.
