no.  Two different sites.

The portal allstarlink.org will be replaced by Tim's aargdmr site once it's
ready.  stats.allstarlink.org gets it's data from the nodes configured with
the stats post.

The portal gets it's data from who's actively registered in the registration
server.  It's possible to be active in the portal, but not in the stats server.
