[App_rpt-users] Announcing AllStarLink Asterisk version 1.01

This is awesome. Until now our beloved app_rpt was installed and updated in
a rather arcane manner. That is, the source was downloaded, compiled, built
and then installed. Some of you lucky folks know the error prone
process of ./configure;
make; make install. Sure there was a script that automated that, but even
so it was slow and clunky. No more; apt-get update apt_rpt takes all of
that way. And, if you want, you can still download the source and modify it
to you needs.

Way to go, Steve! Thank you for hard work and for doing software
distribution the right way.
