[App_rpt-users] suggestions

I added another rule to the 2nd ip address, told it 4570, edited the
files... I *think* it registered,  but no biggie... I was able to connect
one to the other, so semi-success... but not getting a 'heart-beat' on the
URIx, yet.
I am probably going to drop the ASL 1.01 image in favor of the RAT_RAC(sp?)
image on the RPi3B.
