[App_rpt-users] Adding public node setup to private node

Hey all,

Quick question hopefully. I have 15 private nodes connecting to a hub, on one of the private nodes i want to add public Allstar access using a public node I have setup on allstarlink.org. I have added a section to rpt.conf for the public node, added it’s ip address in the nodes section. The private node and public node will be on the same raspberry pi. Ports and all that stuff are setup, the simpleusb/rf side works perfectly.

I did not edit anything in the extensions.conf as radio-secure is using variables instead of hardcoded node numbers.  I also did not edit anything in simpleusb.conf as the public side is set to use dahdi/pseudo.

I also added the registration line and also enabled status reporting. I have the private node using a simplex setup, with one radio and one uri and using simpleusb.conf. I have the public node setup using dahdi/pseudo, I connect the public node to the hub and all seems well, the node shows up on allstarlink and is green, I can connect to it using the web transceiver.
However no audio ever gets passed through in or out. Seems it doesn’t receive anything and never sends anything.

Did I miss something? Do I need to add more details?
