[App_rpt-users] ASL debian install script (not iso)

I'm experimenting with this at the moment. I found that I (appear) to be
missing dahdi-dkms. I just want to be able to connect to my hub, and
onwards from there to other nodes. If I can get a radio connection working
later, I'll do so...

I'm trying to get this to a point where I can run `vagrant up` or
`ansible-playbook site.yml` (depending on which makes more sense!)
