[App_rpt-users] My role with AllStarLink

I think I am echoing the opinions of many, but thank you for taking on 
this role when Jim passed, and for helping (along with the rest of the 
board) preserve and ensure Allstar continues to grow (10K+ nodes?  Take 
that, you others!) and thrive.

Jim left big shoes to fill...and you all have done just that.
