[App_rpt-users] New callsign

You'll need to change your call at two places. On you node computer and on
the web.

1. On your node computer edit /etc/asterisk/rpt.conf with WinSCP (or your
favorite editor). Depending on your distro you may have a menu to edit the
conf files. In rpt.conf change the idrecording = |I<callsign> line to your
new call.

2. Login in to the new portal site
https://web-tpa.allstarlink.org/portal/change-callsign.php and follow the
prompts.
