[App_rpt-users] Node information display

Yes, Steve is right. I wasn't clear about that info being on the web site
allstarlink.org. Or you can change it on the future allstarlink site at
https://web-tpa.allstarlink.org/portal/nodes.php

It uses the same login and data.
