I respect you and I am showing it by giving you a well written reply.

Simply put the basis of AllStar is free software.  AllStar Link is a network
of like minded people, and all it does is give out node numbers, verify users,
give out the node list and have some very basic linking requirements.  Anyone
may use app_rpt in their own network or change it for their needs under the GPL.

The contract here which enabled this is the GPL.  When bad actors in the
community violate the GPL, it's up to the community to kick them out.  People
such as yourself who condone and encourage this behavior are as much
responsible for destroying the community as they are.
