Another question - is there a way to tell from "within the node" if port forwarding is working, like you can from a browser with canyouseeme.com, https://www.yougetsignal.com/tools/open-ports/, etc.

Lack of line endings?

In all seriousness, it's just normal debug level output when you turn it up to
level 7.  chan_iax is going to send a registration request ever 60 seconds.

This then authenticates and updates the registration time in the database.
The nodes1-4 servers add it to the nodes list if the registration has happened
within the last 10 minutes.
