[App_rpt-users] win scp ?

it would be helpful to see a screen shot or some kind of logs to see what you are encountering.  Without that, it's hard to say what you are "missing".

Are you logging in as root or repeater?  What files are you trying to upload?

I just installed latest stretch install and all the updates for Pi2B.  i am trying to use win scp and get all sorts of error stuff for file transfers.  what am ia missing ?
