[App_rpt-users] chan_oss.so

I think it's in the RPi, just not enabled. Edit modules.conf and change the
line that says

noload => chan_oss.so ;                         Channel driver for OSS
sound cards
to
load => chan_oss.so ;                         Channel driver for OSS sound
cards
