It's online from 50.101.80.8.

On the node try this command:
$ curl -s http://register.allstarlink.org/cgi-bin/nodes.pl | tail -n6

You should see output like the below.

;Generated 3361 records in 0.157 seconds.
;Served in 0.042 seconds.
;Served from cache: Yes
;Generated at 2019-07-19 20:59:46 UTC by register-tpa.allstarlink.org
