[App_rpt-users] ASL-MENU bug?

I usually just set a static DHCP lease in my router for the mac address of
that pi. That way I am not trying to mess around with setting a static IP
on the pi itself. From what I remember, there was a specific way to do it
in stretch, but I never got it to work and that's when I started using
static DHCP leases on the router.
