To answer your question. No, the Rigblaster Nomic can NOT be used with Allstarlink.

Allstarlink uses usb sound channel drivers, these channel drivers only support very specific
chip sets.

Off the top of my head they are the following there may be more. 

CM108
CM119A and the CM119B

I've extensively reviewed the Allstar Link documentation but can't find a definitive answer to
my question. Can Allstar be used with an interface such as the Rigblaster Nomic (PTT) in
conjunction with an built in PC soundcard? Here is a link to the interface I am referring to:
