[App_rpt-users] Registration Refused messages

Then as I stated, the node you are failing to connect to, either does 
not have a updated nodeslist or it has NOICE (no incoming connects) set 
or you are not in his whitelist/in his blacklist.

If you know the node in question, have them check the timestamp of file
/var/lib/asterisk/rpt_extnodes

check if it has been getting updates. Should be timestamped today within 
half a hour.
